As founder of TalentGrid Search, I bring 20 years of talent acquisition and search experience to every client relationship.

My career includes roles with three Fortune 500 companies: ManpowerGroup, eBay, and Wayfair. During that time, I had the opportunity to recruit world-class talent while working alongside experienced hiring teams and business leaders.

I built relationships with thousands of candidates, colleagues, hiring managers, and business leaders across multiple functions and industries. Those relationships helped shape the standards I bring to my work today: strong service, clear communication, respect for the candidate experience, and a persistent focus on finding the right talent.

Those standards became the foundation for TalentGrid Search.

I founded TalentGrid to bring the search expertise I developed inside large talent organizations into a firm built around a more direct and transparent client experience. Each search starts with understanding the business, the role, the team, and what success should look like. From there, we study the talent market, identify the right targets, communicate clearly with clients and candidates, and give clients visibility into how the search is progressing.

Today, TalentGrid works with companies across the U.S., with particular depth in manufacturing and supply chain, on mid-to-senior level professional and leadership hiring.

My goal is simple: to build lasting client relationships and become the first call when an important hiring need arises.
